The Research and Innovation Directorate (RID) is pleased to inform the University community that the Make Our Planet Great Again (MOPGA) Program is inviting applications from early-career international researchers for its 2026 Visiting Fellowships in France. The program seeks to advance scientific contributions to environmental and climate challenges in line with the Paris Agreement, with focus areas including Earth system sciences, climate change and sustainability science, energy transition, societal challenges related to environmental issues, and human, animal, and ecosystem health (One Health approach).

 Fellowship Details and Benefits

  • Duration: 12 months (non-renewable)
  • Monthly stipend: €2,500
  • One-time installation grant: €500
  • Health coverage: health insurance, civil liability, repatriation, etc.
  • The fellowship is paid by Campus France; host labs do not receive separate funding.

 Eligibility

  • Be a non-French citizen.
  • Foreign researcher holding a doctoral degree for less than 5 years (must have passed your thesis defense between December 2020 and December 2025)
  • Not have resided in France for more than 90 days between September 12 and December 12, 2025.
